TMZ has released some exclusive details about the Michael Jackson will and testament. Apparently most of the money goes to Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, his three children, and one unnamed as yet charity.

We’ve learned the will — which will be filed today — is 5 pages long. As for who gets what — Jackson’s entire estate goes to the Michael Jackson Family Trust. The trust documents are not included in the will and the contents of the trust remain confidential.

We’re told the trust provides for Michael’s children and mother, and distributes money to several charities.

He says that not only is Michael Jackson not the father of his children, Blanket, Prince and Michael Jr., but that Debbie Rowe, who carried the children, is not the biological mother either! Jackson was not the sperm donor for any of his kids, nor were Debbie’s eggs used! She was just the surrogate for the births of Michael Jr. and Paris.

In the case of the youngest child, Prince Michael II (Blanket), the surrogate is not known. Three days after Prince was born, Jackson’s lawyer picked up the baby at the hospital and delivered him to Michael.

It is not known whether Jackson chose the sperm or egg donors or if he even knew their identities!

Although Rowe is not the biological mother, no one knows whether she would lose a custody battle because she was married to Jackson when the first two kids were born.

There are documents outlining the birth arrangement for all three kids, but the court has not made any permanent decisions.

The Michael Jackson 911 call has been released and is now available, in a censored text form. There is some controversy surropunding the 911 Operators saying ‘We’re on our way. It’s less than a mile away from Cedars’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, as Jackson was pronounced dead at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

The Los Angeles Fire Department on Friday released a redacted audio recording of the call made Thursday by a person who only referred to Jackson as a 50-year-old man. It appeared that a mention of the phone number was deleted from the recording.

“I need an ambulance as soon as possible, sir,” the caller said urgently but politely. “We have a gentlemen here that needs help and he’s not breathing yet. He’s not breathing and we need to — we’re trying to pump him, but he’s not, he’s not.”

The caller reported that Jackson was on a bed and the emergency operator began to instruct him to do CPR, but stopped when the caller said that the personal physician was there.

“Oh, OK. We’re on our way there. If your guy is doing CPR and you’re instructed by a doctor, he’s a higher authority than me. And he’s on the scene,” the 911 operator said.

The operator asked if anyone witnessed what happened.

“No, just the doctor, sir, the doctor was the only one there,” the caller said.

“Did he see what happened?” the operator asked.

“Doctor, did you see what happened, sir?” the caller asked someone in the room. Only an urgent mumbling can be heard on the recording.

“We’re on our way. It’s less than a mile away from Cedars,” the operator said, referring to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Twitter is aflutter with rumors that Michael Jackson was Rushed To Hospital after suffering a heart attack, and that the singer died from the heart attack. This is not true, so far as anyone knows. The Ottawa Reporter, a Canadian newspaper, is reporting that Jackson was not breathing when paramedics arrived at Michael Jackson’s LA home.

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton has claimed he was assaulted after the MuchMusic Awards in Toronto, Canada Monday morning – naming both Will.I.Am and Black Eyed Peas manager Polo Molina as the possible perpetrators of an attack, which left him with a black eye and cuts!

A teary-eyed Perez posted a video blog about the alleged incident, claiming that Will.I.Am and Fergie confronted him outside a Toronto nightclub, upset that Perez insulted Fergie’s looks and ripped their new CD. After a verbal altercation, Hilton claims that he was sucker punched by Molina. “Clocks me in the eye! Right here!!”

In his own video blog, the Black Eyed Peas frontman confirms that he and Perez exchanged choice words because the blogger had insulted Fergie, but maintains that it was a fan who attacked Hilton, saying, “…and then one of the fans gets all crazy. And they, like, start some stuff with Perez Hilton.”
