Actor Patrick Swayze lost his two year battle with Pancreatic cancer, and has passed away.

Known for his roles in 80’s hits such as Ghost, Roadhouse, Red Dawn and Dirty Dancing, Swayze has been in and out of the hospital and headlines of his death have been circulating for months.

“Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months.” said his publicist.

DJ AM, the stage name of disc jockey Adam Goldstein, was found dead in a New York apartment today. Rumors of various drug paraphernalia including crack vials and pill bottles are running rampant about the web, as well as rumors about the super star DJ’s depression over a recent breakup. Celebrities like John Mayer, Shanna Moakler, Ashton Kutcher and more responded publicly via Twitter expressing their shock and dismay over the passing of DJ AM.

Actor Jude Law is rumored to have ‘accidentally’ struck a female photographer who was outside the restaurant he was dining at last night in London, England. You can view the actual pictures from the even here. 28-year-old female photographer Harsha Gopal says Jude ’struck her in the head’.

“He hit me full in the face. It was a real stinger, it was very sore,” the woman, Harsha Gopal, said in comments quoted by British media, which also published photographs of the alleged incident.

Jude’s reps were quick to dismiss the claims, stating the whole thing was merely an accident.

His attorney claims, “This is all nonsense. Last night’s incident was an accident. Jude was blinded by the camera flashes when he left the restaurant, raised his hand to shield himself and inadvertently struck somebody standing very close. He apologised and left. Pictures of this sort can often be misleading.”
