Chris Brown is being sued again for Assault, by a photographer who tried to take Chris Brown’s photo in a gym 2 months ago, after the stories about Chris Brown allegedly assaulting his then girlfriend, signer Rihanna.

Chris Brown is being sued by a photographer who claims the singer was involved in a violent incident in March, Usmagazine.com confirmed Wednesday.
Robert Rosen is suing Brown and the L.A. Fitness gym for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.
Brown was playing basketball at the gym’s court in Los Angeles, and when Rosen — a member of the fitness center — tried to take photos, he said that Brown’s bodyguards “shook me with incredible force,” according to TMZ.com.

The American Idol cheating scandal story is reaching a boil! Did Kris Allen win because of ATGT cheating and rigging the results of American Idol? Will the American Idol cheating scandal taint Kris Allen’s winning Amewrican Idol? Here’s what went down:

According to The New York Times, recently crowned champ Kris Allen may have had some help winning American Idol courtesy of corporate sponsor AT&T.

AT&T provided free phones for text messaging at two finale parties supporting Kris Allen in Arkansas. The phone company even showed guests how to “power text,” which allows one to text 10 votes at the touch of a button and violates the show’s rules.

So there you go, right there, it looks like that would invalidate the American Idol voting, if its true.

Kate Gosselin’s sister-in-law is talking mad trash about the premiere of ‘Jon and Kate Plus 8′ and in particular has a lot of nasty things to say about Kate Gosselin, Kate Gosselin’s mothering habits, the reality of the couple’s reality show, and more!
At one point, the in-law, Julie, told this story about Kate Gosselin:

Kate’s sister-in-law even told readers of her blog not to watch the Premiere of Jon & Kate, saying:

“Please don’t watch on Monday. You’re not going to learn anything new by watching. They will only show what they think people want to see and it isn’t real anyway. They will probably drag this out (J&K’s ‘relationship’) for the entire season. They just string the viewers along hoping that they will come back for more.”

She goes on to cast aspersions on Kate’s relationship with her children:

Kate said something like, ’so now I have to pretend that I play with my kids.’ They also wanted her to pay special attention to the boys.

“Don’t believe everything you see. The children are also being prompted to say or do certain things. They signed their lives away to TLC and they will continue to spin the show to keep the viewer’s interest.

Miss California, Carri Prejean, who caused a firestorm last month with some insensitive comments towards gay marriage in the traditionally liberal state of California, now has the skeletons appearing to creep out of the closet. Next up: Rumors that Miss California’s Mom had a gay lesbian love affair in the past!

Valerie Vetrano, an openly gay sales rep from Corona, Calif., claims she had a lesbian relationship with Prejean’s mom, Francine Coppola.

“I did date her,” she told ABCNews.com Wednesday evening. “I’m not going to deny it, but I’m not going to say anything else.”

The John and Kate plus 8 rumor mill just went into overdirve after Kate’s in-laws were quoated saying John and Kate have an open marriage, wherein John ’signed a contract’ to be there for the filming of the reality show, but otherwise he (and possible she) is free to sleep around with whoever he/she wants! So long as its kept on the DL. So much for that!

Mel Gibson’s wife of 28 years, Robyn Gibson, filed for divorce April 13 2009 citing “irreconcilable differences”. There was no statement about when the couple was separated. This has sparked controversy, as it is now rumored that Mel Gibson’s new girlfriend, Oksana Chernukha.

When asked if Oksana had in any way contributed to Mel Gibson’s divorce, Oksana’s mother says:

“He split up with his wife three years ago, so to suggest that she has broken up their marriage is rubbish,” she says. “He was no longer with his wife so he was bound to meet some woman at some point, it just happened to be Oksana.”

Mel Gibson says they separated in August 2006, less than a month after his famed DUI incident. That would be good news for his divorce case, as it could be awkward to discover that Mel Gibson got his new hot young Russian girlfriend pregnant before separating from his wife.

Joe Jonas of the Smash Hit Band Jonas Bros has a celebrity crush - it’s actor Daniel Craig! Daniel Craig plays James Bond in the James Bond movies.

Joe, or as InStyle magazine likes to call him, “HeartthrobJon,” admits that although “it feels great when you’re on stage and girls are screaming for you,” his ultimate crush is the 007 actor.

In the June 2009 issue, Joe also confesses that he has a thing for Spanish singers. “I like spanish music and the female singers,” he reveals. “I can’t understand what they’re saying, but as a songwriter I get it.”
